OUR STORY

At Elegance Galleria, we believe modest fashion is more than clothing — it is a celebration of elegance, confidence, dignity, and individuality. Our mission is to empower women to express their unique style while honoring their values through timeless, sophisticated fashion.

Elegance Galleria was born during one of the most difficult seasons of our founder’s life. In 2020, while recovering from COVID-19 after serving on the frontlines as a nurse, a dream was placed in her heart: to help women dress modestly with confidence, beauty, and grace. With the unwavering support of her husband, that dream became a reality

What began in a small home garage as an online boutique — while balancing nursing, family life, and raising five children — slowly blossomed into something much greater. Through the support of the community, local bazaars, and masjid pop-ups, Elegance Galleria grew into a trusted destination for women seeking fashionable yet modest clothing that never compromises on style or quality.

OUR PROCESS

INSPIRED BY COMMUNITY

Designed in Southern California, hand-crafted in India.

All products are designed in-house by Marwa and her team; from our custom color curation to our airy, breathable fabric, we create scarves to serve and celebrate the VELA community. We work closely with cotton mills and a small, women-led team of artisans in southern India to cultivate our own one-of-a-kind fabrics.

We work in small batches to release capsule collections throughout the year and focus on community and sustainability each step of the process.

HAND-CRAFTED BATCHES

Our dye masters come from a tradition that is handed down from their forefathers, who perfected the science of hand-dyeing over generations.



We're honored to work with this kind of small-batch dyeing that supports small-business artisans who in turn support their own communities.



As part of our design and production process, we think deeply about color relationships and skin tones to develop dye colors that complement a range of skin tones across the VELA community.
